ABOUT
Jen took her first yoga class about 10 years ago and has been practicing ever since. Her practice began as a way for her to slow down and care for herself and is now an essential part of her life.
Yoga has taught her many important lessons – the biggest one being to acknowledge and honor all the feelings that come up both on and off the mat.

Jen provides a safe space for students to move, breathe, and feel intuitively.
