Feed your body, soul, and mind during this retreat under the sign of health and balance.
Join us for one week in the heart of the island of Mallorca, a true jewel of the Balearic Islands.
Surrounded by magnificent landscapes, you will be able to reconnect with nature, with healthy routines and beneficial practices for the body and the spirit through Yoga, meditation, sound therapy, and vibrant food.
The retreat will take place in a beautiful monastery filled with history.
You’ll feel peace and serenity as soon as you step into the open-air yoga shala, located on top of a magnificent hill. During the afternoon, you’ll relax by the outstanding pool where the water flows over the edge towards the endless valley.
During the excursions, you will discover typical Mallorcan villages and breathtaking turquoise water beaches.
You will enjoy long summer evenings while tasting a homemade meal by Chef Aurélie from the outdoor kitchen. Her farm-to-table menu will be inspired by the huge vegetable garden, a real Garden of Eden.
At the end of the night, you’ll gather around the campfire, listening to music or sharing stories during the ceremonies. You will eventually be able to end the festivities dancing under an open sky filled with a thousand stars.

Through the modalities of Hapé medicine, mantra practice, reiki energy, and sound healing we will dive deep into our own hearts and connect with our own inner wisdom.
WHAT IS HAPÉ?
Hapé is sacred shamanic snuff powder that comes from South America, made from different kinds of medicinal plants, trees, leaves, and seeds from the Amazon. Taken through the nostrils, this sacred medicine can help us to connect with our own inner wisdom, align our energy centers, tone down the chattering of the mind, and allow us to find a greater connection to the divine.
OUR EVENING will consist of Hapé medicine, mantra practice, reiki healing, and a gong sound bath. Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and maybe bring a blanket and pillow for the reiki and sound healing.
We are limiting the number of students to 20 to ensure everyone gets a hands-on healing experience.
