ASHLEY granger

Ashley began her yoga practice in 2015 after experiencing some big life transitions. Yoga has helped Ashley discover new ways of experiencing the world and helped her delve into her  journey of self awareness, acceptance and love.

Her goal is to support teens as they build coping skills, connections and begin their own journey into self-realization.

Ashley has created a teen yoga class called, “Connect.”
The purpose of this class is to connect teens around the challenges and struggles in their everyday lives, and provide support through instruction in coping skills such as meditation, mindfulness, and yoga.
The first half of the class is dedicated to providing connection and meaning, while the second half of the class is focused on building the tool set that teens draw on to cope with their struggles.
Guest teachers and various professionals will visit throughout the course of the class to help provide instruction and support.
