NATALIE generalovich

Natalie’s yoga journey is rooted in her love for the outdoors and her connection to the earth, as well as her background in dance. She has always been drawn to mindful athletics, specifically skiing, surfing and climbing.
She dedicated herself to a daily yoga practice after experiencing a freak skiing injury and centers her own practice around building strength and support from the foundation—from the ground up.
Natalie is an avid outdoor recreationist, a marketing professional and in her spare time writes on living a mindful, healthy, authentic life in her blog The Wabi-Sabi Body.

Her vinyasa classes focus on drawing energy from the earth through the roots of our beings, and finding the strength to pull that energy upwards to build functional stability and support in your body.
