Nichole Ferro is a poet, mother, traveler, and deep-feeler. She is also a somatic educator and the founder of the Somatic Arts Academy. For over 15 years, she has taught yoga, breathwork, and trauma-informed somatics. Her work weaves science and soul, ritual and practice, to support people in reconnecting to their bodies, healing what feels tender, and living from the deep heart.
