SUKHMANI kaur

Sukhmani is devoted to her husband, family and serving her community.  She loves nature, music, traveling, her beloved cats and kundalini yoga!  She is grateful to have been teaching it for many years and is deeply committed to sharing the gifts of the practice with others.  Sukhmani attended Berklee College of Music and co-founded the award-winning and Grammy® nominated mantra band, SUKHA.  She also developed her own sound healing and meditation experience, Sound Bliss, as well as her own 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training for yoga and meditation called Infinite Waters.

Sukhmani’s classes are compassionate, uplifting and “high-vibration”. Her yoga and meditation classes blend ancient breathing techniques, movement and yoga postures with music, meditation and mantra to help students clear subconscious thought patterns and balance emotions while strengthening the physical body. Sukhmani also uses sound healing instruments such as gongs and Tibetan and quartz bowls to help restore the intrinsic state of balance in the body during relaxation.
