Wendy loves animals, art, travel, cooking, recovery, sister circles, and yoga retreats. Teaching yoga has allowed her to use breath-to-movement instruction as a calming meditation, helping herself and others live their best lives!

Her teaching style encourages daily intention, shifts perspectives toward positivity, and emphasizes grounding and meditation with a focus on breath. She revitalizes and uplifts her students.
